Full stainless steel rust proof inbuilt shredder, high efficient and economical thermic fluid based heating system using ceramic heaters, no direct heating of the organic matter. Full stainless steel gland seal, baffle type exhaust system ensures easy cleaning, unrestricted airflow avoids blower impeller fouling and failure of blower motor.
One touch removal program which pushes out the compost automatically. Internal mixing blades automatically stop when waste input or compost removal door is opened.

Heat Resistant Thermophilic bacteria used as the Micro Organism to treat all kind of Bio-degradable materials that will reduce the volume by 80-90% with Stainless Steel 304 internal chambers, shafts and Shredders.

Each batch of bio-degradable waste shall be taken into the machine according to the machine capacity. These batches of in-puts shall be converted into the manure within 24 hours cycle and the next batch can be accommodated once the first cycle (24 hours) is completed.
CHEMSCOM machines are fully autonomous composter reducing the waste compound to 85‐90% volume reduction into rich compost. Removal of compost only once in 10 days, no addition of any Microorganisms after its first induction.
Noiseless, odorless and maintenance free. No harmful gases and pathogens. Processes all kinds of veg and non‐veg raw as well as cooked & processed food waste, kitchen waste, vegetable chopping, leftovers except any kind of in-organic materials like Plastic/Rubber/Metal/Glass or such solid Minerals.
